Customization

You have the option to select a special occasion sticker for your bulk order. By default, the orders will be shipped with our standard Bonjour Bakehouse stickers.

FAQ

How do I customize corporate orders?

There’s nothing sweeter than a personalized gift message—especially when it’s free. Don’t forget to write a thoughtful note for each gift or send a standard message to all recipients on the address form.
For an additional $2 per item, customize your gift by adding your company’s logo or image to one of our 3 sticker templates on the outside of any packaging boxes. Just upload a high-resolution file of your company’s logo, select your sticker templates, and voilà—the perfect custom gift.

Do you have an order minimum for corporate gifts & bulk orders?

Yes! Corporate and bulk orders require a minimum of 10 recipients with unique addresses, which can be processed for you by our corporate orders team!

If your order does not meet the minimum gift requirement, please place separate orders directly online.

For customization, we require a minimum of 50 recipients!

When do I need to place my order by?

For standard corporate orders, we need two weeks’ notice. However, we are able to accommodate rush orders with as little as one weeks’ notice! Please note that there will be a $2 fee per recipient included for rush orders.

For customized orders, we require three weeks’ notice.

If you’ve missed the deadline, don’t worry. Just contact us at corporate@bonjourbakehouse.com and we’ll see what we can do. You can also place individual orders through our website with as little as 24 hours notice.

Can you accommodate a large order for an event at a single address?

Yes! Contact us at corporate@bonjourbakehouse.com to learn more about our Bulk & Special Events ordering process.

Can I customize my baked corporate gifts?

Yes! We offer a complimentary gift message for all orders. You can either send a standard message for all recipients or write a personalized note to each person. Be sure to include your gift messages when submitting your address form.

Custom branded stickers can be added to the outside of any of our treats packaged for an additional $2 per item! When submitting your request, please provide us with a high resolution file of your company’s logo and select 1 of the 3 sticker templates available.

Can I mix & match my products?

Our Corporate Gifting Catalog features a wide range of innovative, franco-american-style bakery treats with unique flavors and different serving sizes.

You will have the option to select any product(s) and/or gift box(es) per recipient. We are not able to accommodate modifications to the gift boxes.

How do you ship and how much is shipping?

Corporate and bulk orders are shipped out Monday-Thursday for arrival in 1-3 business days via both USPS and UPS.

We offer a $10 flat-rate shipping per package for all standard and rush orders.

Do you have any products for dietary restrictions?

We aim to cater to everyone's taste! We offer a variety of options, including gluten-free and vegan. Please specify your requirements when placing an order.

How can I track my orders?

Once your order is dispatched, we'll provide you with a tracking number via email, allowing you to track your delicious goods every step of the way.
