Finger Food

This is one of my wife's favorite recipe with her cafe after lunch, it's extremely easy and so gourmand, plus it is really fun for the kids to do :-)  I think in the US it's called a thumbprint cookies. At my house, we are doing a slightly different version of it... Instead of using jam, we are using some Dulce, it's like a jam but it's more intense than the jam so the concentration of the flavor is more intense than a jam plus it has less sugar...
