This is one of my wife's favorite recipe with her cafe after lunch, it's extremely easy and so gourmand, plus it is really fun for the kids to do :-) I think in the US it's called a thumbprint cookies. At my house, we are doing a slightly different version of it... Instead of using jam, we are using some Dulce, it's like a jam but it's more intense than the jam so the concentration of the flavor is more intense than a jam plus it has less sugar...
Today we are showing an amazing recipe that is light and super tasty without butter... doesn't happen to often in pastry :-) And it's also Gluten Free! Pot de creme are a little dessert that you can bake in any type of jam jars or glasses if you want. You can use a wide variety of flavors for it. I love Vanilla so we did vanilla of course also because i have access to fresh ones... lucky me :-)
Today's recipe is all about citrus... even though you can do this awesome recipe with literally any fruits. So far we've tried lemon, apple, pears, pineapple... The possibilities are endless! :-) We got some oranges from good friends of ours and so after some jam, what better then a cake to put them to good use :-)
Chocolate cake super easy to make and very delicious! and it can be Gluten Free if you use buckwheat flour! (or any other kind of GF flour, but buckwheat and chocolate is awesome!) Here’s a fantastic recipe to do: Simple, extremely tasty, you can beat it and the best thing to do is to pick the spatula and the bowl at the end 😁
